Local residents are often unaware of the products that come from their region. Why is this the case? Quite simply, local producers don’t have the same resources as the major players in the agri-food sector. As a result, their production volume is not comparable to that of industry leaders.

Atelier No16 is proud to serve as a mouthpiece for these artisans, whose passion for a job well done is more important than the pursuit of profits. But don’t think they don’t want to succeed! In addition to these exclusive productions, Atelier No16 brings you vignettes by Marie-Noëlle Courcy, a passionate gastronomy popularizer. Through tasty recipes, she introduces you to local products and their uses. What’s more, she shares her favorite recipes, highlighting both well-known and lesser-known ingredients in new ways. These recipes, most of which are easy to prepare, call on ingredients that could be described as noble, i.e. from the elite of the vegetable garden, orchard or herd. If it’s a processed food, rest assured that it hasn’t been processed in an industrial kitchen, and that it remains an artisanal product.
