The reason for Atelier No16

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been curious about discovering new flavors. I was lucky enough to have a mother who let me choose a “new” fruit or vegetable every time we went to the grocery store and bring it home to discover. For me, it was a moment of pure happiness. I was also lucky enough to live very close to a Swiss family who would share their family meals with me, opening up a whole new world to me: chemically-free, simple and full of flavour.

Being an epicurean, always on the lookout for the little product to discover, criss-crossing the countryside to find new producers, curious and loving to cook, Atelier No16 was born of necessity.

It’s only natural for me to share my discoveries, my favourites and my passion via a gable on the web, allowing me to share with everyone this beautiful madness that inhabits me to eat simply with the best local ingredients.
