The products sold are quality products, made by local people. These products are supplied and manufactured by the producers. Atelier No16 promotes, packages and ships the products to the recipients, adding its own personal touch.
Atelier No16 must be notified by e-mail to info@atelierno16.com, for any problem within 24 hours of receipt of goods. A supporting photo is required.
Delivery is made within 7-10 business days to most major cities in Canada following receipt of order. Delivery charges are based on destination, quantity and weight of products ordered. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to carriers. If we are unable to deliver on time, we will contact the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Out of concern for the environment, Atelier No16 uses recycled boxes for shipping.
Delivery is free on orders of $175 or more.
